Position : Quality Coordinator / Assurance / Controller (Tele Radiology)
Shifts : US / UK Shifts
Work Timings : 9pm - 6am
Location : Jubilee Hills
Salary : Best in industry (Upto 4 LPA)
Exp : Min 1-2 years into quality care of hospitals (added advantage of Radiology exp)
Qualification : Any science graduation / nursing / relevant
1: Job Purpose Statement
Review and perform quality audits to ensure highest level of quality, ensure appropriate defect feedback, error analysis and action planning for meeting the quality standards as per the client service level agreement
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Review Reports to ensure consistency and integrity
2. Test a certain percentage sample of all services based on industry standards
3. Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately
4. Manage our quality assurance division and ensure all employees meet their required quotas
5. Create an effective, efficient testing protocol to be used across all product lines
6. Improve reliability of processes
7. Maintain company quality standards
8. Review Reports, processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made
9. Oversee the service process to ensure quality
10. Actively participate in meetings with the Case team
11. Handling Internal Quality
12. New Doctors Quality Check
13. Quality Analysis and report to the Medical Director
14. Quality Control Report and Reviews on a monthly basis
15. Experience necessary to take our services to the next level in terms of safety, security and accuracy
Interpersonal Skills
1. Regular quality audits
2. Error logs maintenance
3. Error analysis and timely feedback
4. Planning error review sessions with the teams
5. Escalate high severity errors to the Operations management
6. Resolve client reviews on disputed cases
7. Suggest quality improvement measures to the Operations team

Desired Candidate Profile
Professional / Educational Qualifications
Bachelors in Sciences degree (healthcare field is a plus)
Exposure to Six Sigma concepts and certification
Analytical, logical thought process and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to translate skills and knowledge to others
Impeccable communication, presentation and organizational skills
Skills & Knowledge
4 + years in a similar quality control or quality assurance position (Experience in a Medical Transcription process -Teleradiology preferred)
