Job Description

Required Skills Knowledge and hands on experience of Windows server and Linux based server operating systems. Good understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.

Good knowledge of security, data protection and privacy principles.

Able to work independently Good communication skill Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for Installing, maintaining and repairing hardware and software components of the hospital computers.

Install, configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.

Check and verify functionality of hardware and software components to ensure functionality.

Manage Domain. Installing servers, server operating systems and relevant server programs.

Connecting all workstations and peripherals to the network and relevant systems.

Checking computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboard etc) to ensure functionality.

Maintain and optimize performance of local networks.

Ensure security and privacy of networks, servers, computer systems and other devices.

Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve problems on local networks, servers, computer systems and other devices managed by IT department.

Perform other related duties incidental to the work of the department or described herein
