Performance Marketing - General Insurance Firm @ Right Match

Job Description

•          Take ownership and set up a strategy for all paid campaigns.
•          Execution of campaigns across channels (SEM, Google - Search/ Display/ YouTube/ Discovery, Facebook, Instagram and other social channels) to meet key performance metrics.
•          Explore vendor partnerships and new channels for paid acquisition.
•          Planning of digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and sales growth.
•          Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests and optimize user funnels.
•          Identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
•          Oversee measurement and reporting of the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (return on investment and performance metrics).
•          Work with internal stakeholders on cross-functional key projects requiring acquisition marketing efforts.

Desirable Skill Set:

•           Min 3+ years of performance/digital marketing experience, including expertise in Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube Marketing.
•          Proven track record of helping scale up digital marketing in a start-up environment and/or relevant work experience in leading performance marketing agencies.
•          A start-up mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment.
•          Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g.: Google Analytics, Similar Web).
•          Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
•          Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
