CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Graduate in Law (LLB) with desired experience between 4 10years in any established law firm or in legal cell / division of medium sized corporates / companies
• Post Diploma in IPR and Trademarks is desired though not essential
• Must be exposed to all aspects of commercial [including contracts], civil and business laws
• Good knowledge of Intellectual Property laws & Trade Mark regulations
• Excellent written / drafting skills
• Should have clear thought process and research oriented with proven ability to understand and formulate legal correspondence / drafts for commercial applications
• Energetic, self starter and go-getter
• Ability to coordinate and deliver within the given time frame

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide efficient back end legal support to the Legal Head for all legal requirements of the co.
• Vetting of various agreements / contracts for domestic and overseas
• Liaise with IPR attorneys and Trade Mark Registry
