Salary- 4.6 lpa/annum + Shift Allowance
If selected you will be working as a permanent employee for Trigent Software Ltd and deployed to our client location (product Based Client)
- Must have minimum 60% overall in there education.
- Must be from only from BE/Btech/Mtech
- Correspond or solve requests and issues raised from Customer regarding Citrix Products by Phone and E-mail.
- Create web contents for frequently asked questions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Need skill to search previous examples, gather information, and ability to do decision making. Understanding of virtual products, Windows Server, Linux Products, and Network preferable.
- Structure recreate environment, workaround plan
- Experience in Technical support to Enterprise is preferable
- English reading ability is a must since most of the documents are in English
