Fresher who have been graduated in the year of 2020/2021/2022 can apply

Salary- 4.6 lpa/annum + Shift Allowance

If selected you will be working as a permanent employee for Trigent Software Ltd and deployed to our client location (product Based Client)

• Must have minimum 60% overall in there education.
• Must be from only from BE/Btech/Mtech
• Correspond or solve requests and issues raised from Customer regarding Citrix Products by Phone and E-mail.
• Create web contents for frequently asked questions to improve customer satisfaction.
• Need skill to search previous examples, gather information, and ability to do decision making. Understanding of virtual products, Windows Server, Linux Products, and Network preferable.
• Structure recreate environment, workaround plan
• Experience in Technical support to Enterprise is preferable
• English reading ability is a must since most of the documents are in English
