Azure Virtual Desktop administrator

Min 2 years of experience as a Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD/WVD) administrator.
Candidate should have experience in creating managed pooled and personal VDI host pools.
Proficient Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
Proficient knowledge of Image creation/customization/upgrades (AVD)
Good Communication Skill.
To design, install and administer virtualization (Azure Virtual Desktop) products.
Troubleshoot AVD environment problems, and provide technical support.
Regular support of AVD and windows environment by resolving the escalated tickets for the internal and external customer.
Proxy related issue/Internet/URL accessing Issue.
Arcos login issue-active X installation, User Account in dormant list etc.
Data transfer request from one AVD /WVD to another WVD user.
User account lock/Password reset.
Application related issue SVN, Postman etc.
AVD/WVD Frequent disconnection issue.
Device Redirection request (Audio enabling from AVD/WVD for meeting purpose).
Need to coordinate with other teams in case of application, network, proxy etc. related issues.
Need to co-ordinate with Bank Azure (cloud) support team for certain things like admin rights and connectivity.
