Swiggy - Instamart retail is urgently hiring freshers for the below mentioned position
Position - Trainee Engineer - Facility Management ( Maintenance / Housekeeping / Vendor Mgt/ Security , Project / Property & Infra Mgt)
Experience - 0-1 Yrs
Location - Bangalore
Qualification - B.E / Diploma - ( Mechanical, Civil or any stream)
Company Profile - Instamart Retail -(Online Delivery of Groceries)
Note - Freshers willing to start an carrer in facility management are prefered from Bangalore City.
Job Description: -
A. Facilities
Will be responsible for Facility management of Instamart Hubs/ Warehouses in a given cluster.
Will be responsible for Housekeeping Management, Security, Vendor management, maintenance,contracts.
Help and support the core facility team to ensure all the facilities vendors like DG,Gas Vendor, Security & Housekeeping are sourced and approved.
Visit sites on regular basis and check on aspects like asset handling ,property management and brief the facility executive accordingly.
Facilities &Property Management.
Ensure project team on LL (landlords) scope of works completion within the agreed timelines and continue supporting the project team in all aspects till the project completion.
Ensure support to maintenance in terms of addressing the issues arising out of running hubs and seeking the help from Project/ maintenance/ facilities to resolve the concerns on priority.
Liaising between landlords and Projects team to ensure construction process happens smoothly
Regular meeting with the landlords to ensure a healthy working relationship. Addressing their concerns to the different departments (project/ Finance/ Facilities etc.) so that operations are not hampered.
Required experience and skills
Education Qualification: Any Graduate / Freshers are prefered
Experience: Minimum -0-1 years of experience.
Understanding of Facility Management.s
