Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Construction Manager/ Project Manager:
Qualified Civil Engineer having above 10+ years experience in building, Construction management & planning who can co-ordinate in Construction works such as, Brick work, Plastering, Landscaping works, Pavement works, MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) , Interior work, estimating Construction materials etc., Organizing works, supporting, helping, Supervising, monitoring & leading the Engineers and assessing the site work, reporting the status to Management. Planning, preparing, the quality controls & quality analysis. Ensuring, monitoring, and adhering to the quality control procedures. Candidate must be proficient in estimations & costing, surveying, CAD, MS Office, Primavera/ MS Project. Qualification: Diploma or B.tech(civil) with above 10+ years Experience .
Construction Engineer/ Project Engineer:

Sr. Site Engineer:
Candidates should have minimum 3-5 years of experience in Brick Work, Plastering, Landscaping works, Flooring and railing installation, MEP Works(Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Should be proficient in estimation & costing, surveying, CAD, MS Office, Measurement book preparation & billing. Qualification:Diploma or B.tech(civil) with minimum 3-5 years Experience.
