Roles and Responsibilities
Incorporation of Companies and LLP under Companies Act 2013.
Appointment/Resignation of Director, Managing Director and Whole time Director.
Annual Filing of various Companies along with preparation of notice of AGM, Directors report &
Compliance Certificate, XBRL filing.
Making additions or Changes in the Main Object Clause of Memorandum of Company.
Changes in the Memorandum and Articles of Company.
Making Return of Allotment.
Other daily routine works and Preparation of E-forms, Preparation, Certification and signing of e-
