Roles and Responsibilities

Trouble shoots and rectifies mechanical/electrical related machine faults within reasonable time frame to ensure maximum availability of equipment.

Operations and Maintenance of Utility, HVAC, Chillers with operations of BMS Operations.

Understand and follow all workplace safety rules, such as safe work practices and standard operating procedures.

Perform general maintenance tasks as necessary.

Performs preventative maintenance per defined interval/schedule in a timely manner and maintain report.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification- ITI Electrical

Experience - 1-3 yrs in Electrical Maintenance

PWD License mandatory.
