Job Title: Software Technical Lead

Formal position title. Sr. Software Engineer

Reports To:The Sr. Software Engineer will report to Head of the Department.

Job Overview:We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to produce and implement functional software solutions. You will work with upper management to define software requirements and take the lead on operational and technical projects.

In this role, you should be able to work independently with little supervision. You should have excellent organization and problem-solving skills.

Your goal will be to develop high-quality software that is aligned with user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Technical Lead - To monitor ongoing development
• Designs and develops programming systems and technical architecture
• Bug Management - Responds promptly and professionally to bug reports
• Analyses, designs, coordinates and supervises the development of software systems
• Analyses system specifications and translates system requirements to task specifications for junior programmers
• Provides feedback to analysis/training staff about performance considerations / usability issues concerning software specifications and implementation
• Researches and recommends software tools to management
• Provides assistance to testers and supports personnel as needed to determine system problems
