Job Description: Domain Airline (mandatory)
2. Business Analysis
a. Prepare use cases, business requirement documents for Business Intelligence data requirements, reporting and advanced dashboards
b. Leads business department through documentation and gap analysis of as is and to be states in business intelligence
c. Key link between Business and IT in requirement gathering, design and development review, UAT, implementation and post-support changes
3. 3 to 5yrs experience in HR or Finance systems
4. Preferred experience in Data Warehouse (Oracle or Bigdata) will be beneficial
5. Experience in RFI/RFP preparation & Vendor evaluation
6. Business Intelligence Analytics for data analysis

Business Area Finance
1. Possesses high-level understanding in the areas of
a. Financial accounting, Invoice processing, Fraud management principles/processes
b. Travel agencies commission, Top-up models
2. Preferred experience in migrating the ERP, Revenue accounting(RAPID) systems to the Bigdata platform

Business Area HR
1. Possesses high-level understanding in the areas of how HR Business process works
e.g. Hire to Retire process, Onboarding and Offboarding, Learning Module
2. Managed ERP related HR Business
3. Any working experience on
a. Document Management Systems
b. Understanding of Performance Management systems
