About Process

• Assisting passenger in selecting best holiday package
• Advising them on Visa processing and Embassy guidelines
• Resolving passenger's queries on call
• Making reservation for passengers on European tour packages
• Handling FIT enquiries and customization
• Coordination with clients and vendors for Hotel accommodation
• Adherence to Quality guidelines and focusing towards customer satisfaction

Basic Computer Knowledge required

Education

• HSC with 6 months of Voice / Chat / Blended experience / Graduate Fresher (Candidates without IATA qualification can also apply)
• No BE/CA/MBA/Doctors/B.Sc IT

Salary Range

1pm to 10pm (Day Shift) / 8:30pm to 5:30am (Night Shift) - Candidates should be open to work with both shifts

Location Boundaries

No boundaries as candidates have to Travel on their own (But Navi Mumbai candidates preferred)

Do not line-up candidates from far off

Salary Range

HSC with 6 months of relevant experience / Graduate Fresher: 14,000 (Net)

Travel / Sales Associate: Experience 0.6 - 4 Years in Outbound calling: Upto 18,000 (Net)

Basic Incentives

6 days working with 1 Rotational off
