Key Responsibilities
Ensure no pilferage

A. Conductor Duties:
1. Call out stops name to attract more riders
2. Ensure the adherence to the designated route and timings, RTO rules
3. Help driver to navigate the bus in traffic etc.
4. Ensure Safety of Passengers Pedestrians
5. Do 100% ticketing Using Electronic Ticket Issuing Machine (ETIM)
6. Accept digital products like
a. Pass
b. Wallet
c. App
7. Timely submission of daily collection to the bus owner ensuring no mismatch
8. Prepare trip wise report and daily reports for the bus owner
B. Digital Assistance Duties:
1. Promote and sale digital products like
a. Pass
b. Wallet
c. App
2. Conduct auditing in the bus to ensure right ticketing
3. Spot Ticketing
C. bus owner will have zero tolerance towards
1. Misconduct with Passenger and fellow colleges
2. Involvement in any illegal activity
3. Pilferage in any way
4. Short ticketing
5. Non adherence to duty hours without prior notification

Skill Set
1. Route familiarization (Not mandatory, can be taught)
2. Should be able to handle cash
3. Can stand for long hours
4. Should know the local language (Tullu / Kannada)
5. Good in communication
6. Should be able to handle conflict well
7. Able to work under high pressure conditions
