Job Description

<General Responsibility>
Complete project management with end to end coordination. Master plan
preparation and coordination. Trial/Prototype Production and issues Corrective
actions for Mass Production Ensure initial sample check of trail parts,
Review meetings with departments / customer / Group plants for onetime
completion of project. Coordination with Supplier, Customer, Internal All
departments for smooth flow of process Basic knowledge of Drawings and
legends in same, data and drawing control, ECI management with records.
Drawing circulation and coordination with R&D. Liasion with Customer Engineering
and other agencies.

<Skill/Knowledge>
Quality- system-TS16949, APOP, PPAP, Change management Knowldege of new
product development system for customers like Suzuki, Honda, Toyota etc
Knowldege of prototype / initial and mass production. BOM awareness and

knowledge of drawings and erp updation. Basic knowledge of assembly, molding
and press.

<IT Skill>
Basic Knowledge of MS-office including power point, project management and
erp.
