What the Candidate

Will Do

  •  * Manage performance and get results: You will analyze, strategize, implement action items and empower your team to meet and exceed targets on quality, efficiency/productivity, customer, and costs, if applicable
  • You will also collaborate with other internal or external support teams critical to delivering results
  • * Lead, coach, mentor, and empower people: As a leader, you will coach your team memberseww, develop your own people, guide them and work with them to achieve their full potential
  • You will lead by example, resolving the toughest of issues from customers and ensuring that your team constantly performs at a high level
  • * Build and maintain partner relationships: You will interact and collaborate with teams from the different regions and cities we support, constantly improving our level of service to customers through exceeding agreed service levels
  • * Drive accountability on policies, house rules, and other guidelines: You will reinforce compliance to company policies such as house rules, attendance policy, and PIP guidelines
  • You will ensure that you and your team members do the right thing each time even if it means doing the difficult things

 

Basic Qualifications

  • * Drive Strong performance across all efficiency and quality KPIs for your team Experience in mentoring new hires and coordinating their onboarding is preferred
  • * Solid understanding of team metrics and an analytical bent of mind to identify trends in data and work on the same
  •  * Strong analytical skills in identifying trends in data and working on the same, strong Google sheets skills and SQL would be an added advantage
  •  * A proven expert in performing policy changes/support logic
  • * Positive influencer and strong Uber culture advocate
  •  * Proven track record to provide high-level support for partner concerns
  • * Recognizes opportunities in the process and suggest solutions/improvements
  • * Understanding of team member management and experience of the same is preferred
  •  * No performance plans or disciplinary actions during the past year; candidates engaged in wilful negligence of tasks or misses on critical processes will not be eligible
  •  * No attendance issues (less than 3 instances)
  • * Excellent people leadership skills
  • * Excellent interpersonal skills as you will need to provide 1:1 feedback to specialists
  •  * Comfortable with working directly with various levels of leadership
  • * Strong time leadership skills * Strong communication skills
