We are hiring for "Project Manager" for a Korean Based Company for Gurgaon Location.

Job Description:- 

***Commercial Interior fit-out work****
- Fluent in English (Mandatory) / Working based on South      Korea
- Handling Interior Site and Civil Site
- Management all of Interior Site, Vendor, condition
- Make BOQ and Calculate rate from drawings
- Must be able to act as a Site manager when required
- Must be able to stay any states during project time
- Must be well versed and familiar with handling documents and basic computer skills
- Must be able to meet the Clients for various meetings during the course of the project
- Research capability of and for materials
- Research capability of market rates
- Vendor management
- Invoicing management
- Management of man power on site
- PMC meetings if required
- Handling and preparation of handover documents.
