Prepare and present reports on engagement campaigns' overall performance.
End-to-end funnel measurement to understand gaps in customer acquisition journey, engagement, retention journey and identify areas of improvement
Work as a key member of the business team to champion monetization and engagement KPIs.
Analyze performance data, identify patterns and plan for scaling the campaigns.
Evaluate KPIs that affect the target audience and build an understanding of how they engage with different types of campaigns.
The incumbent will primarily drive engagement, retention, and monetization opportunities through Sub brokers, and end-users in the B2B space.
Critical to have experience in deploying a user campaign & engagement system in past stints is a must.
Required Skills
Experience in working with online product-based companies is must.
7-12 years experience in a hands-on setting digital campaign systems like clever tap (preferably) , mo-engage, web engage etc for a product, consumer tech company.
Excellent analytical abilities to measure and optimize campaigns for performance.
Adaptability to changing environment, willingness to learn, and can work well with cross-functional teams across geographies.
Understanding Web Analytics, GA, Google Data Studio, Looker SaaS Business Metrics, and hands-on CRM knowledge will make the learning curve shorter.
Combine problem-solving, data analytics, customer insights, project management, and drive execution of new initiatives.
Analyzing user journeys to identify actionable insights and recommendations, followed by quick experimentation via A/B testing on traffic/funnel enhancement to derive immediate impact on KPIs
Developing an understanding of user personas through one-on-one customer interactions and secondary research to fuel all our user engagement efforts
Collaborate and work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, and tech) to implement experiments and roll out features on an ongoing basis
Being a strong leader, customer champion, creative thinker, and problem solver.
Understanding of financial products in equity space is a plus
Working knowledge of SQL and other analytics tools
Experience of designing and launching new business programs from scratch, from the ideation phase through executive buy-in to post-launch optimization
