Job Description: We are hiring for the position of Customer Support Associate for our company.

We are looking for eligible candidates who have a thirst to excel in the BPO industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

Customer Support (voice), Attending customer queries for an e-commerce process

  • Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi

Communication Skills: Good communication skills (Hindi and English) Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently

Computer Knowledge/Skills:

  • Ability to use a desktop computer system Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer Excellent typing skills Demonstrates understanding of the Internet, Amazon.com website, and competitor websites

Qualifications Required Minimum qualification is 10 + 2. Any graduate/ PG is eligible to apply.

Important/ Mandatory Note -:

  • Candidates who have applied in last 3 months and are pursuing a Regular Course are not applicable.
  • Should be Flexible as the team works 24x7.
