DAY SHIFT - TECHNICAL SUPPORT / DESKTOP SUPPORT LOOKING ONLY FOR IMMEDIATE JOINERS

SHIFT :- DAY-SHIFT (SATURDAY AND SUNDAY FIXED OFF).

PRODUCT SUPPORT - TOP BRAND LAPTOP AND DESKTOP SUPPORT.

FRESHER OR EXPERIENCE can apply - Salary for freshers 3 LPA / Exp - 4.20 LPA.

Trouble shooting of all types of Hardware (Desktop/Laptop/Printers), software application & Networking System .

• Installation and configuration of Windows based operating systems & Patch management, software update and monitor the system status and unwanted software.
• Deployment of computers, Laptops and related hardware in the field (Physical location will be office and factory)
• Troubleshooting hardware - Desktops, Laptops, Workstation.
• Call logging with OEM - Desktop and laptop hardware related Carrying out physical network cabling of new requirements, Path identification
• Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
• Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.

Languages - English + Hindi mandatory

Salary :

Fresher 18K Take home - 22K CTC

Experience up to 29K take home - 33K CTC (Based on previous experience)

Education : UG / 10+2/ 10+3 / Diploma / Any Graduate in Any Specialization
