We have an opening for Officer - Sales Accounts
Job Location: Corporate Office, Hyderabad
Job description:
Rain Cements, a thirty-five-year-old company headquartered in Hyderabad and known for manufacturing and marketing Priya Cement, is seeking an experienced Officer - Sales Accounts for our Corporate Office, 34, Rain Center, Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad-500073, Telangana.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Processing of Monthly /Yearly discounts applicable to concern customers in line with the Approved policies and procedures by management
- Processing of Customers final Settlement Credit notes after compliance with GST Norms
- Non operative Customers transactions clearing of Open Items
- Verification of GSTR3B copies received from customer to process the GST amount withhold on Credit note.
- Processing of GSTR-2A Reconciliation pertaining to Exclusive Customer Area
- Processing / Verification of Freight master as and when the freight rates update taken place.
- Processing / Verification of Price master as and when the price update taken place
- Schedules preparation applicable to sales accounts
- Branch Expenses verification
- Marketing Employee TA/DA Claims verification
- Stock Transfer / Stock conversion entries update in SAP
- Providing data relating to above profile to our Statutory and Internal Auditors
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.Com/M.Com/MBA with minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Accounts.
- Must be conversant with GST Act (Returns - GSTR1, GSTR3B, GSTR9/ E-invoice / E-Way Bills etc.)
- Hands on experience on SAP is must.
- Aged between 23 to 35 years.
- Should be fluent in English and Telugu.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Strong ability to give attention to detail and to perform multiple tasks at the same time
