Job Requirement:
- Strong academic background with a bachelors or Masters in technology and preferably an MBA,
- Experience of handling large teams (80+) and programs in a global environment is required
- Knowledge of Finance in a Banking environment is required

Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage large delivery teams and stakeholders across the globe based on the OKRs of the business lines.
- Manage budgeting, workforce, innovation and organizational transformation.
- Define and implement strategic (long term) framework of the team to be in-line with organization objectives and vision.
- Productize service offering and negotiate with stakeholders for transition of projects/processes.
- Contribute to innovation forums of the organization and bring-in industry standards.
- Ensure viable succession pipeline.
- Lead/Contribute to network and global Business Line value proposition.
- Ensure that all delivery functions and projects managed remain on schedule and within budget.
- Overall responsibility for working with stakeholders in Paris to provide direction about applications to be managed from GSC and meet long-range strategic goals of SG
- Build and oversee strong stake-holder relationships. Establish a strong and effective working relationship between different IT teams (Paris and EBS) and with other business lines within GSC.
- Ensure that the required organization structure is in place, and resources are well deployed and utilized to deliver objectives and vision
- Executing talent acquisition & talent management plans in collaboration with HR
- Ensuring competency & capabilities of the team are at the right level
- Building direct reports to address current as well as future plans of the organization
- Building a performance oriented culture by communicating the significance of merit to the teams & backing it with appropriate review mechanisms
- Rolling out measures to improve attrition, levels of engagement and keeping it in line with organizational targets
