Job Description
Urgent Hiring for Guest Relation Executive.
Experience - 3 to 6 Years
Education - Any Graducation
Location - Andheri East- Marol Naka.
JD.
- Coordinating with 21opcos
- Access authorization, Reconciliation
- Front desk /Guest Relation
- Events Management
- Mailroom, Medical, Transport, WPP APP, Organizing Steering committee,
- Resurgent monitoring, IT tickets.)
- Excel sheet for all G cards , C cards, V cards to be maintained and shared on daily basis.
- Attending calls to connect with opcos.
- Excel sheet to be shared for Temp access cards/lost access cards on daily basis
- Excel sheet to be maintained and shared for all the Employee footfall on daily basis.
- Visitor Management Database to be managed on daily basis. Entry /exit protocols to be followed
- Reports to be shared on daily basis (VMS)
- Weekly & Monthly reports to be sent consolidating the data for the above requirement.
- Meeting room bookings /Setup/snacks etc reports to be shared
- Meeting room software scheduling
- Attending on going meetings if required by client for any FM requirements.
- Daily round up in all shared area to ensure things are on place.(
- TV/Lan/Crestron/mercury/HDMI/USB/Cleaned /setup/marker/duster/tissue box/water bottle/glass/dustbins)
- Maintaining and counting of snacks for shared meeting rooms on monthly basis- consumption report to be maintained weekly and shared monthly.
- Maintenance of Crockery/ tennis balls/stationaries for both the desk. report to be shared for avail/broken/lost )
- Videowall TV to be checked
- Guiding employees to respective departments.
- Coordination with Helpdesk, IT etc for meetings
- Checking of CISCO phones in shared area.
- Guest appearance with good gesture.
- Checklist for shared area meeting rooms, doctors rooms, mothers room, prayer room etc
- Coordinating with 21opcos o be sent consolidating the data for the above requirement.
