Here we have an excellent opportunity for FRESHERS who want to grow their career into US Staffing as US Recruiters.

Training would be given from the scratch.

Experience : 0- 1 Year (from any technical education background)
Location : Noida-57 (Hybrid )
Work Timings: Night Shift 07:30 PM 04:30 AM IST

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates with the right skill sets to match the requirements of US clients.
• Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting on portals like Dice,Monster, Career Builder,Job Diva,TechFetch.
• Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines of submission for each requisition.
• Must have understanding of US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full-time positions).
• Must have experience working on all United States Tax-terms (Like W2, 1099 and corp2corp, c2c).
• Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing on LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals.
• Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, the closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates)
• Ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage work time efficiently.
  Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed
  

Qualifications:

• Education Qualification: Must be graduated from BCA , B. tech , BCS (CS) also considered post graduated from MCA
• Experience: Fresher
• Certifications: Not Required
• Technical Skills: Good understanding of Technologies, Clouds, Databases
