IN - Product Director -PMG @ Blue Yonder

Overview:

• Manage, build and release SaaS Industry Cloud solutions based on state-of-the-art technology to the market. Working directly with customers, both internal and external as well as engineering teams, this Product Manager gathers requirements, envisions product, defines features, and ensures deployed solutions are aligned with platform strategy. This Product Manager carefully understands the needs of business users, takes bold decisions, can consult, learn, improve, and pivot when needed like a member of a startup.

Scope:

• The Product Manager would ensure that release deliverables are aligned to the market/customer needs and are delivered on time. He/She will define the Epics, User Stories and the Acceptance criteria for epics and for each release. He/She will work closely with UX designers to ensure the product/feature design is user-centric. The PM will monitor the progress of the releases while at the same time grooming the roadmap and defining work/stories for the next release. The ideal PM candidate will work closely with product development, pre-sales, consulting and dev-ops teams to make sure the roadmap is aligned to the stakeholder needs and that the deployed solutions are aligned with Blue Yonder s SaaS strategy.

What you ll do:

• Drive the product strategy and roadmap
• Confidently represent solution portfolio, including vision and functional roadmap
• Own requirements, specifications, and release plans. Translates product strategy into detailed requirements, write user stories with story-level acceptance criteria.
• Make tactical prioritization decisions while helping the company think long term.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently.
• Represent the customer voice in defining requirements. Identify cross product requirements and work with other product managers to ensure cross functional requirements are addressed
• Define expectations for engineering and solution deployment teams.
• Work closely with the architects and engineering team on solution design and execution according to business needs.
• Work closely with Product Marketing to promote your products both internally and externally and ensure a cohesive message.
• Release new features and gather customer feedback

What we are looking for:

• Strong Product management experience with SaaS products and end to end supply chain understanding of specific Manufacturing industry verticals
• Demonstrable experience designing, building deploying and maintenance of enterprise cloud solutions (we use Azure)
• Strong experience working with technical developers as well as presentation skills to the management
• Agile experience
• Previous experience working directly with customers, external and internal stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements
