Job Description

We are currently hiring recruitment experienced (Non IT) candidates for the post of HR Recruiter(Off Roll) - Female candidates only !!

Work Location - Kochi

Industry : Life Insurance

CTC - 12k - 20 k(Monthly)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing relevant profiles from multiple job portals & through all possible means.

2. Screening and skills assessment as per the job requirements.

3. Scheduling , Follow-up , Coordination with candidate to ensure show-up and feedback from interviewer.

4. Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

5.Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop relationship and to understand overall needs and requirements

6. Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Manager.

7. Co-ordination with consultants

Desired profile:
Should have an Experience in Bulk Hiring
Good sourcing & convincing Skill

Only Female Candidates will be considered.

Note : Candidates with experience in HR generalist role/HR admin/HR operations role will not be considered. Recruitment experience is mandatory.
