About Job openings for L1 desktop support for windows (Location Bangalore)

• Responding to client support requests for desktop, data, and server management
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software
• Traveling to the clients location or connecting via a remote link.
• Support for standard software issues (Isolate system issues) diagnose standard software
  issues and report hardware issues to respective Supplier.
• Installation / configuration / Troubleshooting of e-mail clients

Languages - English + Hindi mandatory

Salary :

Fresher 18K Take home - 22K CTC

Experience up to 29K take home - 33K CTC (Based on previous experience)

Education : UG / 10+2/ 10+3 / Diploma / Any Graduate in Any Specialization

Shift : Day Shift(SATURDAY AND SUNDAY FIXED OFF)

Interview rounds -

• typing test.
