Job Description

Responsibilities: Provide leadership for Controllership function. Lead Accounting Period close under US GAAP and IGAAP. Lead financial and management reporting and Audits. Manage Internal Control and Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures as applicable. Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures. Manage outsourced functions. Manage Regulatory Compliances related to Finance operations. Financial Planning & Analysis Annual Operating and Capex Plan, Monthly Forecast and Variance Analysis. Tax, Treasury and Risk Management. Cross functional collaboration - Financial analysis for decision support; Drive cost prudence and cost management; Provide support to enable achieve business growth. Maintain banking relationships. Measure and drive key business metrics and report on them to management. Create additional analysis and reports as requested by management.
