We have the following opening for our client, a reputed software development company requires for its office at Koramangala, Bangalore location
Project Manager
ROLES :
Managing the team to achieve company goals. The Project Manager has to be the main driver of the project and be able to initiate, monitor, manage and deliver the project successfully to the clients expectation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
l Management of Products
l Should be the interface between the team and management.
l Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project
l Must be aware of the clients delivery time lines and ensure the management of the same.
l Responsible for delivering the Project as per Specification, Quality, Schedule and Budget
l Handle the risks and providing mitigation strategies
l Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
l Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
l Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems
l Adhering to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget
l Providing third-level support to business users.
l Compliance of process and quality management standards
l Should have a solid understanding of the SDLC processes (Design, Construction, Testing, Deployment)
l Client satisfaction should be his goal
l Client communication
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : BE / B-Tech / MCA / M.Tech
EXPERIENCE: Min 10 to 18 yrs
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Primary Skills
l 10+ years of experience in .NET Framework like C#
l Minimum 8 years of experience on Web Application development
l 2-4 years of experience in Angular 2+ version , Entity Framework, Type Script
l Been on a Project Manager and managed a team of 10 to 15 people for a period of 2 years at least
l Must have experience in developing the product
l Should have a very good understanding of the project architecture
l Project Management, Project Control, Project Estimating, Project Scheduling, Meets Deadlines, Project Management Tools, Communication, Microsoft Project, Project Leadership
l Quality Management Process implementation skills
l Good project management skills
Secondary Skills
l Should have a solid understanding of the SDLC processes (Design, Construction, Testing, Deployment)
l Proven experience of delivering the product on-time and with quality
l Should have experience in developing ERP applications or Database Intensive Data Entry applications
l Should have good experience in implementing DevOps processes using Jenkins or any other Devops tools
Desired Skills
l Preferred to have PMP certification
l Experience in architecting products with Angular and C# APIs, from ground-up will be a plus.
l Should have experience in Test Driven development using Nunit, Jasmine and Protractor
l Experience in project management life cycle process
l Hands on experience of configuration management and version maintenance
l Prior experience of working in the shipping domain
l Hand on experience in writing technical specifications
l The project manager should be able to work with the sponsor, the General Manager, Tech and his team to deliver the project on time, as per specification and quality as per international standards.
