We are recruiting customer service executives for International BPO & MNC in both voice & non voice process

Excellent opportunity for HSC /m graduate freshers to start a career with BPO Industry & MNC

What we're looking for

Candidates with Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English

Minimum Qualification - HSC

Candidates comfortable with rotational night shifts & WFO

All personal / academic / professional documents mandatory

Vaccination mandatory

Age criteria - 18 to 40

Location - Mumbai

Job Description :

Handling inbound calls & chats

Resolving customer queries & issues

Ensuring customer satisfaction

5 days work 2 rotational week offs

Transport will be provided by the company

Experienced candidates can get good salary packages

Salary range - 10.7k to 44k in hand

Variable incentives after 2 months training
