Job description:

As a software development engineer, the engineer will be responsible for analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance of Theia, TouchControl systems that are leading the way in assuring high quality of data visualization and video analytics products.

Job responsibilities:

• Review Business Requirement Specification (BRS), System Requirement Specification (SRS) and prepare High Level Design (HLD), Detail Design Document (DDD)
• Be responsible for Application Graphic Design using MVC Core
• Develop WCF/Web API for SOA, responsible for developing WCF/Web API Service Libraries to exchange data between client module and Central Application and implement business logics
• Implement of client-side validations using MVC Core/WPF and Web API/WCF applications
• Be responsible for code testing and preparing technical documentation for defects and orders change

Job requirements:

• Should have designed GUI using asp.net, MVC Core, C# and WPF, Net 4.5 or later
• Experience Object oriented programming skills and good understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience in building and consuming Web, restful and soap API and webservices (Experience with google maps, Facebook, Bing Maps or any other API would add an advantage)
• Experience with working source control (preferably Gitlab/Visual SVN)
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Json, Angular JS, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with Continuous integration process.
• Ability to work dynamically with others in team environment and independently with little supervision.
• Working with Agile methodology.
• Should have documented Technical artifacts
• Should have participated in all the phases of the application development life cycle involving analysis, design, development, testing and deployment of the project
• Should have extensive experience at designing WPF Forms/MVC Core Razor pages, Custom Controls and User Controls using XAML language for UI and Dynamic Web Parts, for personalized content which allows Change, Edit, Move on pages as per users' own choice
• Should have created data entry both web and windows application, with LINQ to entity model EF Ver. 4 and above
• Strong knowledge/Experience of making C# .Net Core wrapper over C++ DLLs.

• Strong knowledge of Intrusion system.
• SIA, CID protocols.
• Dynamic/Programmatically Payload creation/consuming (Without Class T).
• Strong knowledge/Experience of Socket Programming.

• Should have been involved in creation of Tables, Views, Cursors and Joints using T-SQL
• Should have created complex Stored Procedures and Triggers by Optimizing Queries for a better performance and eliminate all direct SQL calls
• Should have been involved in Unit Testing and Integration Testing of different modules
• Should be a good team player with excellent communication, analytical, verbal and writing skills along with strong management, organizational and mentoring skills
• Should have ability to excel in cross functional team environment
• Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Should have attention to detail, positive attitude under stress
• Should have experience in mobile development on Android and iOS
• Should be a Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD): (.NET)

Professional qualifications:

• 4 8 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred
• Programming Languages C#, MVC Core
• .NET 4.5 and above WPF Forms/MVC Core, Web API/Web Service, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, WPF, WCF, WWF, LINQ, Silver light, Microsoft Expression blend
• Web Technologies HTML, DHTML, XHTML, CSS, XML, AJAX, JQuery, JSON, JavaScript
• IDE Visual Studio 2012 or latest version, Microsoft Expression Blend
• Entity framework 4.0 or latest version
• Databases MS SQL Server 2012/2016
• Operating Systems Windows 7/XP/Vista, Windows Server 2019
• Packages MS Office 2003/2007/2013, MS FrontPage, Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, Illustrator and Fireworks
• Servers IIS 6.0/7.0
• Relevant Certifications
