Urgent opening for .Net Production Support @ Mumbai - MNC

Position : Sr. Software Engineer
Location : SEEPZ,Andheri
Experience : 3 to 4 Years

Technical Skills

Dotnet Core, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, MVC, Jquery, C# .net,SQL, JavaScript.

Roles and Responsibilities

Production Support and Maintenance Project
Regular Support Activities - Ticket monitoring, Application monitoring, Incident Resolution, Request handling, etc.
For Enhancements - perform SDLC with documentation
Occasional requirement to perform Maintenance Window Testing over the weekend
Change & Release management in Dev Stage & Prod Environments
Attend Client meetings, Status meetings, etc.
Preparation of Status Reports
Should have experience in writing & executing SQL queries
Excellent Analytical & Logical skills
Root cause analysis experience
Upgrading, configuring and debugging existing systems
Should have excellent communication skills
