opening for HR recruiter profile-Day Shifts

Min 6 Month exp on paper in recruiter

Sourcing quality profiles from existing database, portals (like Naukri, Shine), through referrals, job postings, bulk mailers, Etc

Screening resumes initially based on the educational Qualification, relevant experiences for the required skill sets and shortlisting.

Taking telephonic round of interviews

IT hiring, Non IT hiring, BPO.

Arranging Interviews for the shortlisted candidates (Face-to-Face or Video calls).
