Job Description
Job location Mumbai / Chennai / Remote
Knowledge and mandate experience:
Should have minimum8-10 Years of experience with at least 3+ years of experience in BPO transitions
For Senior Manager and 12-15 years of experience with at least 5+ years of experience in BPO transitions
Experience to include operations and transitions (multiple domains)
Experience of project delivery in all aspects of the Transition Lifecycle Management
Experience in Contract Management
Project management skills
Worked on RFP/RFI and supported solutions
Understanding and expertise in MS office, MS projects (Preferred)
Transition Management:
Deliver all Transition Projects and Programme in line with recognized best practice methodology (managing risk, governance, quality assurance, issue resolution, reporting)
Act as the central liaison for all transition activities
Operationalize relevant contract SLAs and obligation
Manage day to day Transition project communication with all stake holders (internal and external) and produce relevant reports accurately and in a timely manner at the agreed frequency
Produce detailed project plans to manage interdependencies
Adhere to relevant escalation processes to escalate resource issues, delayed project phases, missed deadlines and other planning issues
Create and effectively manage the stakeholders, incorporating all project work-streams
Monitor the programe/project ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner and the appropriate corrective actions are implemented
Review the outcomes of the Transition Projects to determine any corrective actions that could be taken to improve timely delivery.Qualification : Graduation Mandate
