Manage day to day center operations for the assigned team.
Look after attrition and shrinkage target of the team.
Should be currently designated as SME / Team Leader for at least 1 year in the current organization.
Detailed understanding of each & every part of the process. Lead, motivate & train team members to ensure high efficiency & quality. Execute projects himself/herself while getting the team also to execute. Preferably who can join us immediate/30 days Technical Skills :.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be currently designated as a TL in the current or / Last organization.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Should be comfortable in MS Office (especially Excel) along with a working knowledge of HTML
