Offered candidates will be deployed to one of our client's location.

JD - Need candidates with 2-6 years of exp in US Recruitment. Resources would be responsible to perform end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers, HR and business to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives. Source and pre-qualify candidates that match client requirements, primarily by leveraging technology, including the Internet.

Should be flexible working from office and in US shifts.

Key Responsibilities              

  • Process customer requests (Network, orders, provisioning, Post activations, billing)
  • Provision and management of Consumer and Small Business- NBN Orders
  • Validates & Verify customers details provided by Sales from various legacy systems
  • Remediate the fall out as per the Order remediation guide and Panviva work Instructions
  • Escalating the dependencies to the relevant teams for any assistance
  • Ensure compliance adherence and timely completion of milestone
  • Effective communication on order status to Customers/Stakeholders
  • Effective communication with other business units to obtain the required information to successfully manage the Customers order
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to solve customer issues as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
  • Updating & keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints as per defined process guideline
  • Take Ownership of and always keep customer commitments.  

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* Two way cab facility is provided.

* Looking for Immediate Joiners, should be flexible to work from the office based on business requirements.

Shift: US /shift

Shift time - Rotational Night Shift (US Shift)

 Working days - Rotational work week
