We have an urgent requirement for Back Office Executive at our Borivali branch.

Job Description:

1. Opening the orders as per the requirement of the customers and priority.

2. Coordinating with Diamond department for diamond as per the order.

3. Coordinating with the PPC and Production for completion of the product on time or product related queries.

4. Coordinating with Sales person for order related queries etc.

5. Timely updating the Sales person related to the orders status.

6. Handling customer compliant and giving the feedback related to order with guidance of Sales person.

7. Good knowledge of Computer.
