Principal Product Management - Hyderabad @ Microsoft

Roles and Responsibilities:

• You will be part of a team that is building large scale software projects in an open-source model.
• Engage with customers to accelerate innovation across hybrid and multi-cloud environments
• You will drive initiatives and explore whitespaces within existing products and new products and bring concepts from ideation to execution
• Provide thought leadership to the development team building key functionality, working with customers to get feedback, and iterating to improve with data-based approach.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and executing deliverables
• Partner across the business and engineering teams to develop capabilities that drive success for the broader cloud management capabilities

Basic Qualifications:

• 12+ years of enterprise product and/or cloud service development experience as a PM with a proven track record of shipping and delivery
• BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline required; MBA is highly desired

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Kubernetes experience
• Great presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to lead and motivate a high-energy team
• Strong technical background and solid foundation in software or platform engineering principles and architecture design, strong cross-team collaboration skills.
• Deep experience in the entire service engineering lifecycle and live site operation at Cloud scale
• Effective cross-group collaboration skills with a proven ability to drive results across multiple engineering organizations
