Job Description
This is an Urgent requirement with Mpower an initiative of Aditya Birla Education Trust.
To facilitate and manage partnerships and alliances for MPower in alignment with the Business Strategy and also to support the organization by managing new projects, leading & facilitating partnerships for CSR, fund raising.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strategizing brand image and positioning to achieve significant brand growth through strong communication
- Continuously research for additional partnerships, possible intellectual capital creation opportunities
- Develop milestones and schedules for all CSR projects, ensuring project team and stakeholder alignment; manage to, and deliver on, agreed-upon deadlines
- Prepare proposals for CSR Funds.
- Support management in raising CSR funds be it meetings with external parties, information, data management
- Lead and manage new projects for Mpower in collaboration with functional teams.
- To develop a portfolio of donors including institutional, corporate, HNIs, foundations and trusts to achieve the revenue target set by the organization.
- Building relationships with major donors or companies
- Preparing and delivering presentations, writing grants, and proposals
- Managing information and recording the profile and fundraising activity of donors on a database
- Acquiring new partnerships and donors for increasing organizations resources.
- Developing and organizing fundraising campaigns and events
- Spotting fundraising opportunities and raising awareness of the organizations work
- Create high quality utilization reports for the donors
- Create strategic fundraising plans to expand donation base
- Work closely with other teams internally to strategize based on budget, expenses, and goals for the quarter
- Developing strategies and setting goals to hit fundraising targets, including corpus and program funding.
- Relationship management with existing donors and responding to their requests regularly and keep updating them about the work of the organization
- Identifying and anchoring new initiatives related to resource mobilization
- Building and managing a network of individual donors
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Any Master degree (MSW will be ideal)
- 5-9 Years experience in fundraising & partnership
- Excellent in pre & post activites of fundraising
- Excellent communication both written & oral
- An ideal candidate would be an Individual contributor
