Leading & managing the team of Branch Heads, Asst. Branch Heads, BSM's and TOP performing Life Advisors
Training & Motivating the entire Regional Agency sales team
Responsible for Regional Sales promotions & RnR programs
Achieving the business target

Required Candidate profile

Should be a Agency Sales professional with minimum of 10 years of Life Insurance Experience only with team handling role
Should have handled at-least a Region for minimum of 5 years
