Exp:2-10 Years

location: bangalore,Noida,Chennai

• Strong understanding of 4G and 5G end to end
• Experience with 5G NSA deployments from global markets for mobile and fixed wireless, with a main focus of improving the performance and user experience
• Installation, commissioning, integration and testing of 5G RAN system
• 5G NSA experience with TDD and FDD NR
• In-depth understanding of 5G NSA/SA features and parameters
• Ability to analyse internal syslogs, eNB/gNB logs for quick troubleshooting and issue resolution for lab or field activities.
• Expertise with UE and eNB/gNB signaling log analysis (UU, X2, S1 signaling)
• Access to their own UE logging tools such as QXDM, XCAL, or equivalent and should be proficient with those tools.
• Access to R&D and global teams resources for technical consultation on all aspects of 5G
• Able to solicit and share recommendations on features and parameters based on global market deployments.
• Experience in TCP/IP and UDP optimization
• Experience in Netact and Actix tools usage
