Job Description

*To work on 1d stack-up calculations
Establish a strong relationship with local design team and have continuous
coordination on roofs projects to help them achieve first time quality.
To work on Sunroof assembly Interface plan
Make sure to perform CI activities i.e., benchmarking, etc.
Should have strong engineering fundamentals and analytical reasoning.
Should be willing to work in shifts.
The candidate should have the ability to challenge to better the existing
design standards/ practices.
Display passion for continuous improvement in products and/or processes.
Experience in working with European clients/counterparts.
Previous roofs experience is a plus.
Should be capable of providing design recommendations to improve the
performance of the product
