13+ years of experience with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• Deep foundational background in device technology - specifically in key areas of:
  • Carrier transport modeling in semiconductor devices
  • Adv. electrical characterization to study transport properties and calibration of TCAD model parameters
  • Thorough understanding of device wear out mechanisms, models for lifetime extrapolations
  • Design of test structures for characterization during tech. development
  • Circuit level models and application for circuit analysis including DTCO
• Experience in CMOS, BEOL and Cell technology specific to memory products and design-technology co-optimization (DTCO) efforts
• Coding skills for automation using state of the art languages and scripts - python, C++ etc.
• Good understanding of state-of-the-art process technology and construction flows
• Familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools (Cadence/Synopsys/Siemens) for layout, automation using p-cells etc.
• Familiarity with digital and analog designs, circuits, layout to help in DTCO assessments, validations
• Track record of innovation:
  • Proven contributions to enable new design and process methodologies
  • Desirable to have a record of publications in peer-reviewed journals/conferences and patent disclosures

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with DRAM and/or NAND technology and/or designs.
• Application of AL/ML in various areas (data analysis etc.)
• Experience in a research-oriented organization (or a research track within a semiconductor organization).
• Experience in technical leadership and mentorship.
• Demonstrated industry recognitions (in terms of papers/patents).

Education
Master's (PhD preferred) in Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, or any other stream relevant to the domains listed above.
