Aviation & Grooming Trainer - Delhi @ Aircruise Travels

To be responsible for delivering lessons in accordance with the designed programme, corporate strategy and guidelines and utilize the worksheets, materials, teaching aids and methods that contribute to a climate where students are actively engaged in a meaningful learning experience.

The following are the responsibilities of the Trainer to deliver the lessons effectively:

Conduct specialised trainings on Makeup and Fashion trends, Grooming , Business and Social Etiquettes .
Enhance the Visual persona of trainees through correct dressing and proper grooming .
Identifying and help imbibe their personal style through appropriate and confident body language.
Guiding the candidates about dress code , interview protocols , code of conduct, effective communication and importance of portraying positive image.
Minimise slippage and will be organising & conducting various placement drives .
Should be well versed with following Topics:
1. Definitions and Abbreviations
2. Emergency procedures and Equipments
3. Exteriors and Interiors of an Aircraft
4. Service procedures on board
5. Announcements
6. First Aid

7. Grooming
To be effectively prepared for each lesson plan i.e. read plans, attend curriculum related workshops, training sessions and seek clarification, if necessary.
Be aware of the objectives of the lesson plan and introduces accordingly.
Be logical and clear in the presentation of the introduction of the lesson plan.
Teach as per instructions given in the lesson plan and makes use of various teaching aids, resources, activities, assignments listed in the lesson plan.
Maintain eye contact and moves around the class with ease and interacts with students.
Translate lesson plans into learning experiences so as to best utilize the available time.
Effective Time management.
Ensuring course is finished as per session assigned in the beginning.
Take written test as per schedule and share the report with Operation Team & management.
Conducting workshops regarding interviewing skills and job search techniques.
Ensuring all students communicate in English only & ensure they are in proper uniform.
