Job Description
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to strategize and build relationships leading to business growth.
- Ability to forecast revenue /plan and execute based on the annual revenue goals.
- Identify opportunities for deepening the client relationship.
- Ability to identify specific training needs, and build solutions customized to the needs of the customers.
- Effectively collaborate with senior management, marketing, product & sales teammates to align our learning solutions to customer needs.
- Forecast, measure, present, and report the results of various learning and consulting projects and their impact.
- Being close to the market and monitoring respective trends & feeding this information back to the senior leadership team
- Entrepreneurial character and attitude are the key personalities required for the candidate.
- Able to work independently and even under pressure in a fast and quickly changing start-up atmosphere.
- Deliver a great experience to our customers when working with our organization - you will represent our brand.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Previous working experience as a Learning & Development Consultant/professional for Clients.
- Postgraduate/MBA.
- Experience 8-14 years
- Experience in the HR/Consulting/Learning and Development Industry
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker
- Excellent at Senior Stakeholder Management
- Strong Networking aptitude
- Great multitasking skills
- Presentation Skills
- Proficiency in Presentation Tools
- Ability to thrive under pressure
