Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for System Integrators or Direct Clients in the US.
- Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
- Responsible for handling different types of IT requirements such as: Java, .Net, Oracle, SAP, Embedded, Linux, UNIX, HTML, DHTML, and XML etc.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.
- Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.

- Responsible for handling different types of Non-IT requirements
- Candidate must have a clear understanding of benefits, compensations, Visa/ employment types, and tax terms like W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT. etc
- Open to hiring someone from Implementation partners and direct clients too.
- Source candidates through Job Portals, references, social & professional networking etc.
and explore various sourcing methods and expanding the network to hire potential
candidates in a highly-competitive market and industry. - Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of the client and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.

- Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
- Candidate should be okay with service agreement.
