Job Description

Leads a small infrastructure engineering team responsible for designing and developing solutions to application problems, system administration issues, or infrastrucutre concerns
Participates in the recruiting process; instructs, assigns, directs and reviews the work of the team; prepares performance reviews and provides ongoing feedback
Monitors changes to infrastructure and the larger operating environment
Analyzes any complex issues and recommends technical solutions on infrastructure problems
Reviews and develops updates of contingency documentation and processes
Reviews and analyzes product migrations through all systems environments
May review and execute Change Management scripts
Incident, Problem Management Troubleshooting and updates to Sr Mgmt
Contributes to the achievement of team objectives

REGULATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree in computer science or at least 5 years of equivalent work experience required
6-8 years of diverse experience in information technology required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
