Job Description
1.HR policies and procedures understanding, authoring, updating and implementing changes.
2.Joining formalities: Responsible for Induction, training, on-boarding of new employees.
3.Talent acquisition: Recruitment processes, screening, sourcing of candidates for various positions, liaison with consultants and background verification of candidates.
4.Exit process, grievance handling (including management of legal cases), attrition analysis, various MIS reports for management meetings.
5.Payroll management, Budgets and annual increment projections.
6.Statutory compliances PF,ESI,PT, Gratuity, Minimum wages and knowledge of all manpower related laws. Knowledge of various requisites under the Factories and other related Acts. Monthly, half yearly and annual returns under the various Acts.
7.Checking compliances of vendors/3rd party providers and verifying the manpower related invoices.
8.Attendance and leave management.
9.Employee engagement and performance evaluation activities.
10.Implementing and managing a continuous improvement process for all activities undertaken within the HR department.
11.Providing advice and assistance on HR related matters for select 3rd party entities within India and/or for international operations.
12.Other duties as may be directed from time to time.
