Roles and Responsibilities
Job PurposeFunctional responsibility of Trade Centre.
Escalation/resolution of customer issues/complaints.
Adherence to TAT norms.
Customer calling and feedback.
Liaison with RMs, Treasury and Customers regarding trade finance activities
Promoting the Digital Initiatives of the Bank including TON.
Any other operations time to time entrusted by higher authorities
Responsibilities
Candidate Profile
Candidates with minimum 18 years + experience in Trade Finance Operations, managing large teams and central processing units required.(Graduation / Post-Graduation)
