Responsibilities:

• Understanding the client requirement.
• Searching for suitable candidate profiles from various sources like job portals/social media networks/referrals and matching them with the specifications from the client.
• Screen candidate's resumes and job applications.
• Taking preliminary telephonic round interview for suitable candidates in line with the criteria and specifications from the client and based on general recruitment criteria.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Pre & post-interview follow-ups.
• Follow-up till candidates joining.
• Achieve the Daily/Weekly/Monthly target .

Requirements:

• Experience-0 to 3 Years
• Industry- Consulting, Recruitment
• Education: Any Graduations and above.
• Good Communication Skills
• Have basic understanding of MS Office ..
